Art Galleries of Bahrain
Come and explore the best art galleries that Bahrain has to offer on a guided tour through this emerging arts scene. Explore a wide range of well-established and small independent art galleries with both Bahraini and international works.
Discover the Souq
Travel through narrow alleyways, dive into colorful murals and artwork, and explore an eclectic range of shopping stalls on this beautiful tour through the Manama Souq.
With stops at Bab al Bahrain, the Shrinathji temple, the historical Gold Souq, colorful fabric and shop perfumeries, tobacco stalls and spice shops, you will experience all the Souq has to offer. Remember to bring your camera and a good pair of walking shoes!
Biking into the Past
Take a stunning bike ride through the history of Bahrain. This tour allows you to envision Bahrain as it once was; a lush, fertile land that was thought of as the original garden of Eden (according to the epics of Gilgamesh).
This experience will take you through the King's Camel Farm, a traditional textile weaver's shop, Bahraini farms, and some of the ancient sites of the Dilmun people. You will view Bahrain in a way that most tourists miss out on!
As sessions will be run by educators attending the conference, we will be sharing out a form when we reach 30 participants asking for workshop ideas. We will share a finalize schedule closer to the event.
