LEVEL 5 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the workshop date receive a 100% refund via PayPal, credit card or through bank transfer. Refunds through Eventbrite will be processed according to Eventbrite’s return policy.

Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 48-24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. All cancelations 24 hours prior to the event will not be refunded.

If you wish, at any point prior to the workshop, you can transfer your ticket to a different LEVEL 5 workshop (same location) within the same academic year with no penalty. Non-attendance at a workshop without prior notice voids this clause.
